Enlyten Compensation Plan

I have come across several online articles talking about how the enlyten compensation plan is some big secret. The authors of these articles claim that there is no online information describing the plan and because of this they infer the enlyten compensation plan must not be very good. This is completely false and I will describe the enlyten compensation plan here in plain English so there is no longer any confusion.

The enlyten compensation plan contains 13 different revenue streams for enlyten distributors. Those 13 revenue streams include:

1. Purchase enlyten products at the wholesale price: 20% to 25% product savings
2. Sell enlyten products at the retail price: 20% to 25% retail sales commissions
3. Enhanced Commissions: Sell $200 or more enlyten product in any given calendar month and get an extra 5% bonus commission on total monthly sales.  Sell $1,000 or more enlyten product and receive a 10% additional monthly bonus commission on total monthly sales.
4. First Order and Fast Track bonuses: When you refer a new customer to enlyten, you receive a 35% bonus “first order” commission on the first product order made by that person. When you refer a new distributor to enlyten who purchases one or more Fast Track Packs on enrollment, you receive the first order bonus described above and you receive a “fast track bonus” of $25 for each Fast Track purchased. Most commonly, new distributors enroll with the best value package; this order will provide you a combined first order and fast track bonus of $168.25 for every distributor you refer to enlyten.
5. Uni-level Residual bonus pays you 5% bonus on all sales/purchases by distributors in your first three levels regardless of whether you referred them or not.
6. Enroller Residual bonuses pay you 5% on all product orders of distributors you personally referred to enlytenOnce a new distributor collects enough customers and sales volume to reach the management level in the enlyten compensation plan, they become eligible for three additional income revenue streams:
7. Leadership bonuses pay you between $10 and $90 for any new distributor entering your downline regardless of whether you personally referred them or not. Leadership bonuses are only paid when new distributors enroll and purchase the best value package.
8. Management Generational residual bonuses pay you 5% on the group volume (to infinite levels) of all management level distributors (to four generations) in your downline
9. Business Builder Bonus Pool pays out 1% of total company business volume to qualified distributorsThe final four level of the enlyten compensation plan are available to all executive level distributors:
10. “YOU” Generation residual bonuses pay you an additional 2% on your total group business volume to infinite levels
11. Executive Generation residual bonuses pay you an additional 3% on the group volume (to infinite levels) of all executive level distributors (to three generations) in your downline
12. Check match bonuses pay you 5% to 20% check match on all distributors you personally referred to enlyten
13. Ambassador Leadership Bonus Pool pays out 1% of total company business volume to qualified ambassadors

In short, there are many ways for enlyten distributors to be paid for direct product sales and product sales and purchases of any customer or distributor they refer to enlyten.

Enlyten Stock – Healthsport HSPO

I am often asked where one can purchase shares of Enlyten stock. Let me help to clear up the enlyten stock situation.

Enlyten LLC, the enlyten strip distribution company based in Tulsa, OK is not a publicly traded company and therefore one cannot purchase shares of Enlyten LLC itself.

But, the strip products that Enlyten LLC distributes are manufactured by a publicly traded company called Healthsport, Inc. Healthsport trades under the stock symbol HSPO and is currently a “penny stock” trading for around 20 to 30 cents per share.

Although Healthsport manufactures the enlyten strip products, they also manufacture other products that are distributed by other means, so their business scope is larger than just the enlyten strip products distributed by Enlyten LLC. Having said that, Healthsport revenue figures reported since the agrement with Enlyten LLC was finalized in late 2008 have show Healthsport revenues have increased more than 10 times, year over year. This shows the massive popularity of the enlyten products have greatly improved the Healthsport, Inc bottom line.

As an investor, the best way to invest in “enlyten stock” is to purchase shares of HSPO, Healthsport stock. Additionally, I remind people to keep in mind that more than 65% of the revenue that Enlyten LLC generated from product sales through their network of distributors is returned to the distributors themselves. An additional portion of Enlyten LLC revenue goes back to pay Enlyten LLC management and employee salaries and only a small portion of Enlyten LLC sales go to pay for product from Healthsport Inc.

To truly benefit from the massive projected growth of the enlyten strip products, one must get involved as an enlyten distributor to get a share of the more than 65% of Enlyten LLC revenue that is returned back to independent distributors. You want to be the first of your friends and family to introduce this product to them; don’t wait until they come and introduce this product to you. When that happens, they will be the ones to reap the greatest rewards from enlyten.

Tony Robbins on Network Marketing

Self-help guru to the stars, Tony (Anthony) Robbins, recently sat down with two successful network marketers to discuss the traits that successful people employ on their path to financial freedom and how everyone can learn these traits to generate their own success.

Let me start by acknowledging the obvious, to become financially independent you cannot simply work a normal 8 to 5 job. A job will provide food for your family, give you a place to sleep, perhaps send your kids to college, and hopefully pay for retirement when you leave your job at age 65 or 70.  A job will not provide you the time and money freedom to spend time with your kids as they grow up or to travel anywhere in the world when you feel like a vacation for a few weeks. To achieve this, you need to be financially independent and a job will never give you this.

The formula for financial independence is simple: make more money. Now before you give me the “money does not buy happiness” speech, let me say that I firmly agree with that statement. But I also firmly believe the opposite is true: “the lack of money does cause unhappiness.” So the obvious question is, “If having money and not having money both cause unhappiness, how does one become happy?” The answer is simple, progress generates happiness. Progress towards a financial goal, progress towards that promotion at work, progress towards the next step in a relationship, etc. Making progress towards our “goals,” whatever they may be, causes us to be happy.

Achieving a goal is great and makes us happy for a few days or a few weeks, but once we settle into our new lifestyle with that old goal behind us, the happiness wears off. We need to set new goals and make progress towards those goals to again regain that sense of progress and happiness.

This turned out to be a longer video introduction than I had intended so I will move on and let the video speak for itself. The main point to keep in mind when watching this video is that making true progress towards financial independence will truly make you happy on a daily basis. And as the momentum of your progress builds, you will find yourself completely financially free much sooner than you ever thought possible.

• This belief will maximize your potential and ensure you take massive action to reach your desired result.
• Achieving your desired results will further reinforce your belief that you have the potential to reach your biggest and most outrageous lifetime goals.

The two examples below show how your beliefs will directly affect your results:

• Many enlyten distributors only hope to succeed and do not believe with certainty they have the potential to be massively successful. This negative belief leads to little or no action and little or no results, which only strengthens the negative belief that they will not succeed at network marketing.

• Successful network marketers truly believe, with certainty, that they will achieve financial freedom with enlyten. This “I MUST be successful” belief will maximize your potential and drive you to take massive action on a daily basis. Over time, your massive actions will generate massive results and strengthen your belief that you do have what it takes (the potential) to be a success, further driving you to take more action and generate even greater results.

If you only take one point away from this article, take away this:

Success, happiness and financial freedom will come to those who make regular progress towards their enlyten income goals. This progress will only come if you take action every day towards those goals.
