Hi Everyone,
Just wanted to share my personal experience with the melatonin strips. In the previous 3 years, I have flown in excess of 100,000 miles each year for business purposes. At first, I was excited to fly to work. The sound of a red eye could not have been more exhilarating honestly. I've flown into cities like Seattle, Chicago, Denver, Atlanta, New York, New Orleans, Los Angeles, San Diego, San Francisco, Amsterdam, Frankfurt, Copenhagen, London, Paris, Madrid, and Mexico City to name just a few. Over time, airplane noise and people chattering away started wearing me down and I couldn't sleep on flights. Some people recommended the sleep aid, Ambien. I tried them and I was knocked out cold. But when I woke up I felt really dizzy, with hangover symptoms, and dehydrated. At that point I reached for the enlyten SportStrips (now Electrolyte Plus) to get some electrolytes back into my body quickly! Fast forward to this year, and enlyten released the Melatonin Strips. I had a feeling the strips would help me, but it was not until that first flight overseas I realized the amazing effects. I took two melatonin strips after the meal service of my long flight and went back to watching my movie. It's too bad I missed the ending and realized it when the flight attendant woke me up for Breakfast service! I slept 7 hours and had no side effects what so ever. Not only that I found my jet lag was reduced to hours and not days. I recommend them to anyone who has sleeping problems, noisy late night neighbors, or for people like me who fly to work. ![]() -John |
